As a Software Developer, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and support. You will contribute to building scalable, high-performance solutions that empower clients on their hybrid-cloud and AI transformation journeys, while integrating Microsoft technologies and supporting change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Technologies Development:
Deliver high-quality software solutions using Microsoft technologies with a focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability. -
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, identify challenges, and develop effective software solutions. -
Continuous Learning:
Stay current with emerging trends and tools in Microsoft?s technology stack and integrate new skills to enhance productivity and software quality. -
Change Management Strategy:
Align change management strategies with organizational goals, ensuring smooth adoption of digital transformation initiatives. -
Impact Analysis:
Conduct organizational impact assessments as part of broader transformation or globalization programs, and identify key stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Strong development experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, Azure).

Ability to align Case for Change and Change Management strategy with project objectives.

Apply OCM frameworks to define change strategies and adoption plans.

Conduct impact analysis for large-scale transformation and identify stakeholder implications.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

Experience developing communication materials (e.g., mailers, newsletters, posters, flyers) to support change initiatives.

Ability to support training delivery by managing and deploying effective training content.

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage workforce transition challenges and implement change deliverables effectively.
