  As a Data Engineer at IBM, you will harness the power of data to uncover patterns and insights, contributing to data gathering, storage, and both batch and real-time processing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimal data management systems and ensure the right data is available for actionable analysis.

  Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement business process workflows using BPM tools (e.g., IBM BPM, Appian, Pega, Camunda).

  • Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

  • Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) via APIs and web services.

  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize BPM applications for performance and reliability.

  • Document process designs, configurations, and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed BPM applications.

  Technical Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience with Appian software development and workflow design.

  • Strong understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of major databases (Oracle SQL, SQL Server, MySQL).

  • Experience with BPM tools such as IBM BPM, Appian, Pega, or Camunda.

  • Knowledge of API integrations, web services, and enterprise system connectivity.

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
