  We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to work on end-to-end feature development, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement innovative solutions that enhance business processes.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end feature development and resolve challenges in implementation.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand product issues and deliver solutions according to SLAs.

  • Continuously learn new technologies and implement them in feature development.

  • Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions including scoped applications and global data configurations (Location, Organization, CMDB).

  • Handle CSM application integrations using JDBC, SQL, SOAP, REST, either directly or through mid-server.

  Technical & Professional Expertise:

  • Experience in ServiceNow CSM solution implementation and design.

  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow global scope and foundational data.

  • Experience with Scoped Applications and solutioning capabilities in ServiceNow.

  • ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.

  ---

  Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM products.

  • Experience developing integrations using JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST.

  • Relevant certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.
