Job Description

• Be a team contributor in a team of Engineers and Analysts in triaging technical and functional issues.
  Day to dayticket triage,monitoringof theticket squeues.
  Monitor OL comment trends.
  Regression Checkoutsadhocand planned.
  Create, co-ordinate and track resolution of storiesrequiredfor fixing tickets.
  Data mining for checkouts
  Monitoring Jobs and reacting to job issues
  Release checkoutpocs
  Ad hoc data research
  On callsupportshould be able to arrive in any of 2 shifts. Rotate over weekends, with weekday comp offs.
  Qualifications:
  1-3years of Years experience inapplicationevelopmentor maintenance
  College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
  Experience with Java/Spring Boot
  Experience usingSplunk and Dynatrace
  Basic knowledge with any of the following technologies: Angular, Python, Mongo DB, NodeJSand ability to understand complex architectures.
  Strong analytical skills
  Demonstrate ability to perform root analysis and suggest rectification options.
