• 
  Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
  Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.Professional & TechnicalSkills:
• Must To HaveSkills:
• Proficiency in ControlM Administration.
• Good To HaveSkills:
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
• Experience in scripting languages like Shell or Python.
• Ability to analyze and interpret system logs for issue resolution.Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ControlM Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
