    As an Application Support Engineer, you will serve as a key contributor in identifying, analyzing, and resolving software issues across critical business systems. Acting as a ?software detective,? your focus will be on functional test planning, troubleshooting, and providing end-to-end technical support to ensure seamless application performance and reliability.


    Must-Have Skills

    • Proficiency in Functional Test Planning

    • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies

    • Experience in test case design and execution

    • Familiarity with defect tracking tools and testing frameworks


    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Build foundational knowledge and actively support team members

    • Participate in problem-solving and incident resolution discussions

    • Provide technical support to end-users and address software issues

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges

    • Document, track, and analyze software defects and their resolutions

    • Conduct software testing and contribute to quality assurance efforts

    • Assist in implementing software solutions that improve system performance

    • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in software support
