- As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical challenges.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference.
- Implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide on-call support for critical system issues.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience in scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and query optimization.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework for incident and problem management.
