- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
- As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as the vital link between clients and our systems or applications.
- Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional communication to ensure the smooth operation of our world-class systems, and utilizing your product knowledge to accurately diagnose and resolve client issues.
- You will be dedicated to maintaining high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and support.
- Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in documenting client interactions and resolutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management tools.
