    • The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs Skill:
    • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (Work from Office).
    • Excellent listening and comprehension abilitie.
    • Proficient in basic computer operations and MS Excel.
    • Strong analytical thinking and multitasking capabilitie.
    • Familiarity with data-driven modules and tool.
    • Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls using designated front-office tool.
    • Provide prompt and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a clean and professional work environment.
    • Continuously update knowledge of processes and tool
    • Always demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and professional communication Mandatory.
