- Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment (Work from Office).

- Strong analytical thinking and multitasking capabilitie.
- Familiarity with data-driven modules and tool.
- Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls using designated front-office tool.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain a clean and professional work environment.
- Continuously update knowledge of processes and tool
- Always demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and professional communication Mandatory.
