We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Automation Expert to join the Prime Video Global Operations team. The role involves building and maintaining tools and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support business insights as we expand our international content offerings.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational processes.

Build data pipelines to enable tracking and measurement of operational metrics.

Translate user stories and business requirements into functional tools and dashboards.

Analyze trends, patterns, and root causes to identify optimization opportunities.

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience developing automated solutions using Python, Selenium, or Java.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying.
