Job Description
Assist the consulting team in different phases of the project: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
Research alternatives to recommended solutions using literature surveys, public information, and vendor evaluations, and build POCs.
Create requirement specifications from business needs and define to-be processes and detailed functional designs.
Configure solution requirements, understand and diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose solution alternatives.
Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium and Java.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and report findings.
Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions.
