• Job Description:

  As part of the Infosys Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in delivering robust and high-quality automation solutions across different phases of the software development life cycle.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in all phases of the project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, test automation design, development, and deployment.

  • Design and develop automation test scripts using Selenium with Java for web-based applications.

  • Conduct research and evaluate automation tools and frameworks, and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) for solution alternatives.

  • Translate business and functional requirements into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Execute test plans, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure continuous integration and delivery by integrating automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.

  • Contribute to team-level and organization-wide initiatives aimed at process improvement and quality enhancement.

  Candidate Profile:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.

  • Good understanding of testing frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins is a plus.

  • Familiar with version control systems like Git.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
