We are looking for a talented Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium and Java to join our consulting team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications. You will work closely with project teams to analyze requirements, create test frameworks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java.
Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and log defects.
Collaborate with consulting teams for:
Problem definition, effort estimation, and solution design.
Requirement analysis and creation of detailed test specifications.
Deployment and configuration of test solutions.
Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct POCs and research on new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency.
Ensure comprehensive coverage of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Contribute to best practices, automation frameworks, and organizational quality initiatives.
Key Skills:
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Experience with automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.).
Knowledge of API testing (Postman/RestAssured).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
Experience with defect management tools like JIRA, ALM.
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and debugging ability.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Client-facing experience and consulting mindset.
Ability to research, experiment, and deliver POCs.
