We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer skilled in Selenium and Java to join our consulting and delivery team. The role involves creating robust automation frameworks, executing test cases, diagnosing issues, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with project teams in problem-solving, requirement analysis, and solution deployment while contributing to organizational quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java.

Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.

Collaborate with consulting teams in:

Problem definition, effort estimation, and solution design.
-
Requirement gathering and preparation of test specifications.

Deployment and configuration of automated testing solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, identifying root causes.
-
Conduct research and build POCs on new automation tools and frameworks.

Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Contribute to best practices, frameworks, and organizational quality initiatives.

Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver with Java.

Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ALM).

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
