  We are hiring Automation Test Engineers with 3?5 years of experience in Selenium with Java. The role requires strong knowledge of automation frameworks, test scripting, and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality software delivery.

  Responsibilities:

  • Work with the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Research and evaluate solution alternatives through surveys, vendor assessments, and public information, and build Proofs of Concept (POCs).

  • Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and create detailed functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide recommendations.

  • Identify and evaluate alternative solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions.

  • Support clients in their digital transformation journey by implementing innovative testing solutions.
