• Job Description: 

  We are hiring experienced Automation Test Engineers with strong expertise in Selenium and Java to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

  Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of the software testing lifecycle including requirement analysis, effort estimation, test planning, test execution, and reporting.

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.

  • Create and execute automated test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Perform diagnosis of defects, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolutions.

  • Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs) for automation solutions and recommend improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with quality processes, testing standards, and best practices.

  • Contribute to organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  Key Skills:

  Mandatory Skills:

  • Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver

  • Strong programming in Java

  • Framework Design & Development (TestNG/JUnit)

  • Automation of Web Applications

  • Defect Management Tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.)

  Good to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of API Testing (REST Assured, Postman)

  • Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle)

  • Database testing (SQL, MySQL)

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

  • Exposure to Cloud / DevOps environments
