• Job Description:

  Hiring for Automation Tester with 3 to 5 years of experience. Candidate should have strong expertise in Automation, Selenium, and Java.

  Responsibilities:

  • Support the consulting team in all project phases: problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Research and explore alternative solutions through literature surveys, public information, vendor evaluations, and build Proof of Concepts (POCs).

  • Create requirement specifications from business needs, define ?to-be? processes, and prepare detailed functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements on products, diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and identify solution alternatives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.
