  Infosys is seeking skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineers with strong expertise in Selenium and Java. As part of our dynamic consulting and technology delivery teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise applications through automated testing.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting and development teams in various phases of the software lifecycle, including requirement analysis, effort estimation, diagnosis, testing strategy design, and deployment.

  • Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java.

  • Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing for web applications.

  • Explore and evaluate alternative testing solutions based on research and build Proof of Concepts (POCs) when needed.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Configure and run automated test suites, troubleshoot test failures, and identify root causes of issues.

  • Document and report defects clearly, and work closely with developers for quick resolution.

  • Contribute to internal team initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

  Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in Automation Testing

  • Proficient in Selenium WebDriver

  • Programming knowledge in Java

  • Hands-on with TestNG or JUnit

  • Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and Jenkins for CI/CD integration

  • Writing, executing, and maintaining automation test scripts

  • Understanding of SDLC and STLC
