  We are hiring a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium and Java to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions through effective test automation practices while collaborating with consulting and development teams.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.

  • Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.

  • Collaborate with consulting teams in:

    • Problem definition, effort estimation, and solution design.

    • Requirement analysis and creation of detailed test specifications.

    • Deployment of automated test solutions and configuration.

  • Diagnose root causes of test failures and suggest corrective measures.

  • Conduct research, build Proof of Concepts (POCs), and evaluate new tools/technologies for test automation.

  • Ensure effective test coverage for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

  • Maintain documentation of test cases, test scripts, and execution results.

  • Contribute to best practices, frameworks, and organizational initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes.

  Key Skills:

  Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in building and executing automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts.

  • Expertise in web application testing using Selenium WebDriver.

  • Knowledge of API testing (Postman/RestAssured) and integration with automation frameworks.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Defect Management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.).

  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

  Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work in client-facing and consulting environments.

  • Proactive approach to exploring new tools and building POCs.
