  We are hiring for Automation Test Engineers with strong expertise in Selenium and Java. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in automation testing and software quality assurance.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Research and evaluate solution alternatives through literature surveys, vendor assessments, and public information, and build proofs of concept (POCs).

  • Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of issues, and recommend effective solutions.

  • Identify and shortlist solution alternatives in alignment with project objectives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

  • Support clients in their digital transformation journey with innovative and scalable solutions.
