Job Description

• Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the consulting and delivery teams to support all phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, and deployment.

  • Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium with Java.

  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts to validate functional and non-functional requirements.

  • Explore alternative solutions by conducting research, POCs, and vendor evaluations.

  • Create requirement specifications, test cases, and detailed functional designs based on business needs.

  • Diagnose and resolve automation testing issues, identifying root causes and providing effective solutions.

  • Work closely with developers and business analysts to ensure defect-free, high-quality software delivery.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational quality initiatives with an emphasis on continuous improvement.

  Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing with Selenium WebDriver.

  • Proficiency in Java for automation scripting.

  • Knowledge of frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle.

  • Experience in designing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts.

  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and Defect Life Cycle.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) for automated test integration.

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.

  Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to API testing (Postman, Rest Assured).

  • Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

  • Experience in cloud-based test environments.
