The role involves designing, developing, and executing automation frameworks and test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables for client projects. You will collaborate with consulting and delivery teams, contribute to requirement analysis, and drive quality assurance through automation best practices.

  Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and define test strategies.

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Selenium with Java.

  • Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for regression, functional, and integration testing.

  • Perform defect logging, tracking, and coordinate with developers for resolution.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, SDLC processes, and Agile practices.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for defects and ensure preventive measures are in place.

  • Explore new testing tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve automation efficiency.

  • Support production releases by executing validation tests and troubleshooting issues.

  Technical Skills

  Mandatory:

  • Automation Testing

  • Selenium

  • Java

  Preferred:

  • TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven)

  • API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured)

  • SQL/Database Testing knowledge

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
