Job Description

• Responsibilities:

  • Actively support the consulting team across various phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions through literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor assessments, and build Proof of Concepts (POCs).

  • Translate business needs into requirement specifications, define to-be processes, and create detailed functional designs.

  • Configure and support solution requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and identify suitable solution alternatives.

  • Collaborate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
