Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Automation Tester with 3?5 years of hands-on experience in Selenium and Java. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, collaborating with consulting and development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:

Actively support consulting teams in various project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, and solution design.

Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java.

Create requirement specifications, functional designs, and test scenarios based on business needs.

Explore solution alternatives through research, literature surveys, and proof-of-concept (POC) development.

Configure solution requirements and troubleshoot issues by performing root cause analysis.

Ensure thorough test coverage, debugging, and validation of applications.

Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, driving high-quality solutions for clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients in their digital transformation journey.
Skills Required:
Core Technical Skills

Strong experience in Automation Testing.

Hands-on expertise in Selenium with Java.

Knowledge of automation frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Maven, or similar).

Experience with API testing (Rest Assured, Postman).

Proficiency in SQL/Database testing.
Preferred / Good to Have:

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker).

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, HP ALM).

Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
