As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role is to actively support the consulting team across different phases of a project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in problem definition and solution design across client projects.
Conduct research and analysis to explore alternatives to recommended solutions, including literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluation.
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility.
Create requirement specifications from business needs.
Define to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.
Configure solutions according to requirements, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solution alternatives.
Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.
Support clients in their digital transformation journey by leveraging AI-powered tools and agile methodologies.
Mandatory Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to research, evaluate, and compare solutions.
Experience in creating requirement specifications and functional designs.
Understanding of solution configuration and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
