• Job Description:
  As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role is to actively support the consulting team across different phases of a project, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in problem definition and solution design across client projects.

  • Conduct research and analysis to explore alternatives to recommended solutions, including literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluation.

  • Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution feasibility.

  • Create requirement specifications from business needs.

  • Define to-be processes and detailed functional designs based on requirements.

  • Configure solutions according to requirements, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solution alternatives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to clients.

  • Support clients in their digital transformation journey by leveraging AI-powered tools and agile methodologies.

  Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to research, evaluate, and compare solutions.

  • Experience in creating requirement specifications and functional designs.

  • Understanding of solution configuration and troubleshooting.
