  • Job Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and skilled Azure Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incidents, managing service requests, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting various processes like change, transition, and problem management across Azure-based environments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage incoming queues of cases, incidents, and service requests, ensuring SLA/OLA/KPI adherence

    • Collaborate with Service Centre teams and stakeholders to resolve complex, long-running, or major incidents

    • Maintain and update SOPs, FAQs, and documentation for known issues and processes

    • Provide initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents

    • Resolve non-standard service requests and escalate as needed

    • Contribute feedback for continuous improvement of service request processes

    • Support operational tasks in the service transition process for new/updated products

    • Generate internal and customer-facing reports (recurring and ad-hoc)

    • Participate in change and supplier management processes

    • Implement corrective actions as part of the problem management process

    • Follow best practices and documentation (FAQs, SOPs, KB articles, etc.) to resolve issues


    Key Areas of Technical Support:

    • Support triage team in assessing and routing incidents and service requests

    • Assist the problem management team with postmortems and corrective actions

    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs)

    • Perform basic DBA support (Oracle, SQL Server)

    • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines

    • Experience in cross-functional, international team environments

    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English)

    • Capacity to mentor junior team members and act as a positive role model

    • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Positive team attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
