  • Power Programmer Initiative: Build and lead a team of Full Stack Developers working on complex engineering projects, digital platforms, and marketplaces using cutting-edge technologies.

  • Technology Leadership: Continuously learn and apply new technologies, becoming a polyglot with deep expertise across stacks.

  • Problem Solving: Design and develop innovative software solutions to solve complex business problems.

  • End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of entire project life cycles ? from requirement gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.

  • Agile Methodology: Deliver solutions efficiently in an agile, iterative manner with minimal system requirements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Power Programmers, Open Source contributors, and internal/external tech user groups.

  • Custom Development: Create new platforms, digital solutions, and frameworks tailored to client needs.

  • Large-Scale Project Involvement: Participate in building scalable, cloud-native digital platforms for Fortune 500 companies.

  • Co-Creation: Partner with clients to design and launch new products and digital services.

  • Open Source Involvement: Contribute to and benefit from the open-source community to stay aligned with the latest tech trends.
