You will work on system-level programming challenges that demand performance, scalability, and reliability, while collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative storage technologies.Preferred Education    Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  Professional Expertise:   Minimum 2+ years of development experience    Strong foundation in Algorithms, Data Structures, and File Structures    Expertise in Unix/Linux internals, including multi-threading, synchronization, interrupt handling, kernel programming, file systems, and user-space programming    Proficiency in C and Python programming for Linux systems    Hands-on debugging and problem-solving skills for complex, interdependent modules    Experience with code management and defect tracking tools    Ability to communicate crisply with stakeholders (including clients and Level 3 support teams) to resolve field issues    Strong written and verbal communication skills for status reporting    Experience working in global, cross-functional teams    Familiarity with host OS virtualization (VMware, Microsoft Hyper-V)    Ability to interpret and implement protocol specifications    Proficiency with Linux-based development and build tools
