    1. Programming experience on Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate and JavaScript
    2. Excellent database and SQL Query writing skills
    3. Good written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to go an extra mile to deliver things right and fast
    4. Self-motivated and ability to work as a part of the team
    5. Thorough, methodical, and logical approach towards problem solving
    6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    7. Knowledge of VUE JS, Angular and experience in developing FinTech products would be an added advantage
    8. Experience of working in Scrum based agile methodologies
    9. Experience of working on Jira
    10. Knowledge of basic Excel formula and functions
