Role- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Charter a process improvement project
- Work as a team along with process owners and functional teams
- Evaluate financial impact / savings due to the process improvements
- Work to ensure sustainability of the improvements
Required skills- Minitab or other statistical application
- CMMI level 5 High Maturity Model
- Agile, Kaizen
- Personal Qualities:
- Self-starter
- Excellent team player
- Good process analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills
