  We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Ecosystem Engineering Technology Engineer to join our IBM Partner Ecosystem team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping partners embed, resell, and co-create solutions using IBM?s strategic technologies. You will be part of a cross-functional team delivering a unique co-creation experience that accelerates adoption and scale of IBM?s platforms in partner-built solutions.

  You will collaborate with partner teams and internal Solution Architects to design, test, and implement robust technical solutions using modern development practices and tools. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Business Automation, and IBM watsonx.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with IBM partners to co-create, embed, and scale IBM technology within partner solutions

  • Support deal cycles by demonstrating technical feasibility and showcasing joint assets

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver solutions across the IBM Technology platform

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technology Engineers to co-implement comprehensive partner solutions

  • Drive joint solution development across areas like Business Automation, AI, and Cloud Integration

  • Specialize in a brand or capability area to bring deep technical expertise to partner engagements

  Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Expert-level knowledge in the IBM Business Automation suite (CP4BA), including:

    • RPA (Robotic Process Automation)

    • BAW (Business Automation Workflow)

    • Process Mining

    • FileNet

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI platforms, especially IBM watsonx or equivalent solutions

  • Hands-on development experience with:

    • Python, Java, Node.js, JavaScript, React

  • Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and partner-facing skills
