Job Description

• • Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure for multiple clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost optimization, and implement proactive measures to address any issues or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand client requirements and provide recommendations for optimizing their cloud architecture. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cloud operations, addressing their inquiries, concerns, escalations and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on cloud-related matters and offering insights into industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct regular reviews Monthly and weekly with stake holders and performance and security assessments with clients to ensure alignment with service level agreements (SLAs)
  Team Leadership and Development:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of cloud operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and technical support to foster their professional growth and development.
  2. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and cross-training opportunities.
  3. Coordinate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed to support business growth and client demand. Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce operational processes, procedures, and standards for cloud operations, including incident management, change management, and capacity planning.
  4. Drive initiatives to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency across client environments.
  5. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in cloud computing, and assess their potential impact on our clients business objectives and strategies.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure management, preferably in a service-based or managed services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS & Azure,with experience in architecting and managing multi-tenant cloud environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (English) and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Azure Administrator Associate is a plus
