    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and services
    • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
    • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product changes
    • Prepare and share operational reports with internal stakeholders and clients, offering insights and recommendations
    • Ensure accurate documentation and strict adherence to client-specific guidelines and compliance standards
    • Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
