Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Possess strong English typing skills with high accuracy.
    • Handle customer queries via email, chat, and non-voice processes.
    • Provide excellent customer support to resolve issues efficiently.
    • Work on international chat processes for various clients.
    • Execute email processing tasks with attention to detail.
    • Desired Candidate Profile
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (customer support).
    • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
    • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts majorly night shift.
    • Cab facility provided.
    • 5 days Working
