• Technical/Functional Skills
  • Delta V Engineering and Operational support
  Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Configuration: Develop and configure DeltaV DCS solutions in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Commissioning and Qualification: Support the commissioning and qualification (C&Q) phase of new drug substance facilities, ensuring successful integration and operation of critical control systems.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational and project support for PLC, DCS, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and ancillary data systems used to control and collect data for manufacturing operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve software and automation-related issues during the C&Q phase and ensure smooth system integration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be accountable for system performance, continuous improvement, and large-scale innovation.
  Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA S-88, S-95, GAMP,GXP compliance.
  Experience Required.
  • Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with DeltaV control systems and a proven track record in commissioning and qualification of biopharma plants.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in automation design, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems.
  • Experience on DeltaV-MES interface, L2 integrations, report development.
  • Knowledge of ISA95/S88 standards & practical use of these standards in application design, Knowledge of Pharma manufacturing.
  • Good Communication and Analytical skills.
  • Hands on Experience in Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module.
  • Configuration, Customization.
  • Installation, Upgrade, Development and Configuration.
  • Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11.
