  Infosys is looking for a talented DevOps professional to join the Cloud & Infrastructure Services team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy DevOps solutions while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

  Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with consulting teams in various project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.

  • Explore and evaluate solution alternatives using research, literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor assessments to build Proof of Concepts (POCs).

  • Translate business needs into requirement specifications, to-be processes, and detailed functional designs.

  • Configure solution requirements, diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and recommend solution alternatives.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality, value-driven solutions to customers.

  • Work with clients to identify business challenges and support the delivery of structured, data-driven solutions.

  • Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend technology-based enhancements.

  Key Skills & Requirements:

  Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in DevOps tools, practices, and methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform/Ansible.

  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning in cloud/infrastructure environments.

  Professional Skills:

  • Strong client interfacing and communication abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate, coordinate, and deliver solutions in agile environments.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Capability to evaluate business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
