Job Summary

Role Purpose:
Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications, ensuring deployment at the client end meets 100% quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis & Design:
  - Understand and translate client requirements into feasible software solutions.
  - Collaborate with system analysts and project managers to gather and analyze technical information.
  - Conduct root cause analysis and suggest improvements in system performance and availability.
- Development & Testing:
  - Write, test, and modify code to develop reliable software modules.
  - Design and automate test cases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure bug-free delivery.
  - Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project specifications.
- Project Execution & Coordination:
  - Report project progress regularly and ensure proper documentation.
  - Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and customers.
  - Participate in skill development activities and stay updated with industry best practices.
- Customer Interaction & Support:
  - Provide timely responses to client queries, feedback, and support requests.
  - Ensure a high standard of customer communication and issue resolution.
