Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to design, develop, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or client applications, ensuring all deliverables meet 100% quality assurance standards, and are scalable, high-performing, and seamlessly deployed at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis & Design
-
Understand and analyze client requirements to contribute to the design of software products/applications.

Study system flows, data usage, and work processes to develop effective software solutions.

Investigate problem areas following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and identify potential improvements in performance and availability.

Collaborate with functional teams, system analysts, and project managers to validate requirements and software capabilities.
2. Development & Coding

Write clean, efficient, and error-free code for software/module development.

Evaluate operational feasibility and modify software to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.

Develop and automate software validation processes, including test case creation, scenario testing, and execution.

Recommend and plan installation or modification of new/existing systems.

Ensure all code adheres to project standards and documentation norms.

Prepare project specifications, progress reports, and documentation.
-
Coordinate with the team to track daily project status and document progress.

Provide feedback on usability, serviceability, and quality risks to stakeholders.
3. Status Reporting & Customer Focus

Capture all client requirements and clarifications for accurate and high-quality delivery.

Take regular feedback to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.

Document solutions using flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, charts, code comments, and formal reports.

Maintain professional client interactions via emails, calls, and reports, following business etiquette.

Respond promptly to client requests, ensuring zero internal or external complaints.

Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated with best practices, programming languages, and emerging technologies.
