Device QA & Tech Support Associate



Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    • Execute test plans and test cases, create test data, and report results clearly and on time.
    • Understand project/product functionality and stay updated with changing requirements and documentation.
    • Identify gaps in test cases and proactively look beyond documented cases to find issues and bugs.
    • Execute processes to thoroughly test product changes across multiple E-reader generations.
    • Perform root cause analysis to backtrack and identify the source of bugs/issues.
    • Execute regression test cases, raise defects, and support ad-hoc testing requests.
    • Collaborate with QA teams to understand new features and assist with first-pass testing and bug reproduction.
    • Contribute ideas for improving quality and participate in implementing them.
