In this role, you will lead engagement efforts to provide high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers across different stages?from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will guide teams, provide strategic insights, and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to organizational initiatives.

  Responsibilities

  • Lead engagement efforts to provide consulting solutions for client business problems, covering problem definition, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.

  • Review proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze solutions for potential risks and issues.

  • Identify change management requirements and propose structured approaches using multiple communication mechanisms.

  • Coach and mentor team members, provide subject matter training, and motivate teams through feedback and recognition.

  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, adhering to company guidelines and processes.

  • Maintain awareness of latest technologies and industry trends, and advise clients accordingly.

  • Demonstrate logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities.

  • Interface effectively with clients, understand financial processes, project pricing models, and manage projects and teams efficiently.

  • Apply knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies for project execution.

  • Utilize software configuration management systems for effective project delivery.

  • Expertise in Cloud Platforms (AWS Database)

  • Experience with Container Platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
