Join Amazon?s Prime Video Live Events team as a Content Associate, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality sports content experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on web pages and metadata for Prime Video Sports content.

Review and validate sports title detail pages to ensure a seamless streaming experience.

Use internal tools to identify and resolve metadata issues and maintain high standards for content accuracy.

Adapt to new tools and processes and stay updated on evolving SOPs and platform updates.

Conduct audits across various content components: images, subtitles, audio, video, etc.

Track and meet performance metrics including:

Productivity: Titles processed per hour

Quality: Defect percentage

SLA Compliance: Timeliness and accuracy

Collaborate with global stakeholders to report issues and provide timely updates.

Offer process improvement ideas and help enhance QA workflows.

Ensure daily reporting and task tracking using MS Office tools.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree in any discipline

Proficiency with MS Office tools, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Willingness to work with sensitive content and repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in digital content QA or content management

Familiarity with metadata, digital assets, and video streaming platforms

Analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers and data

A strong passion for international sports, especially football (soccer) and basketball

As a Content Associate, your typical day involves monitoring and refining the quality of live and upcoming sports events on Prime Video. You?ll validate metadata, check visual and audio elements, and ensure everything aligns with platform and customer expectations. You?ll also collaborate across time zones and maintain consistency across all content pipelines. Your focus will be on delivering an error-free, immersive user experience.
