• About the Role:

  As a .NET Developer within the Infosys Delivery team, you will play a key role in designing and developing high-quality applications that drive enterprise digital transformation. You'll collaborate closely with clients and teams, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts to improve project outcomes and technical capability across the organization.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement application designs and develop scalable, high-performance programs and systems.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for production issues; perform root cause analysis and deliver timely resolutions.

  • Create and maintain technical artifacts, documentation, and reusable code components.

  • Apply knowledge from past projects and share insights through knowledge management initiatives.

  • Deliver tasks independently in medium to complex modules or applications.

  • Contribute to design specification review, development, and test case execution as per the plan.

  • Participate actively in client interactions, understanding business needs and translating them into technical requirements.

  Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Strong experience in:

    • .NET Frameworks

    • ASP.NET MVC

    • SQL Tuning and Database Optimization

  • Solid conceptual understanding of:

    • At least one programming language (C#, VB.NET, etc.)

    • At least one database (SQL Server preferred)

    • At least one operating system (Windows or Linux)

  • Good grasp of:

    • Software Engineering principles

    • Design principles and architectural patterns

    • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Knowledge of:

    • ASP.NET Core MVC

    • Entity Framework

    • LINQ, WCF, Web API
