• Job Description:

  • Contribute to secure and scalable Azure AD B2C identity platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, UX, and application teams.

  • Provide 24/7 platform support in a rotational on-call environment.

  • Work on highly available front-end experiences and platform engineering.

  • Proven UI/UX development experience using:

    • JavaScript (ES5, ES6), jQuery, DOM APIs

    • HTML5, CSS3, SCSS

    • RESTful API integration

    • Git / GitHub

    • JavaScript bundlers: Gulp / Webpack

  • Understanding of:

    • OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKCE

    • SSO principles, token exchange, scopes, claims

    • GDPR and WCAG (accessibility standards)

    • Responsive design and performance optimization

  Preferred Skills:

  • Regex crafting for complex string processing.

  • Automation and manual testing experience.

  • Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with large-scale enterprise environments and platform onboarding.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the front-end user journey for Ford?s identity platform.

  • Research, engineer, and deploy UI components aligned with Ford?s design system.

  • Implement solutions following Ford InfoSec standards and best practices.

  • Use Agile methodologies to deliver on-time, high-quality software.

  • Build automation tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

  • Maintain detailed documentation for platform integration and operations.

  • Support global customer identity operations (e.g., onboarding, troubleshooting).

  • Provide 24/7 support including application monitoring and incident resolution.
