Job Description
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file flight plans in coordination with pilots and dispatchers.
- Monitor flight schedules, routes, and aircraft movements to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
- Liaise with air traffic control (ATC), ground handlers, and airport authorities for flight permissions, slots, and coordination.
- Ensure weather briefings, NOTAMs, and route analyses are provided to flight crews.
- Coordinate with fuel vendors, caterers, and ground services to ensure flight readiness.
- Maintain crew rosters and ensure flight and duty time limitations comply with DGCA / ICAO / EASA regulations.
- Coordinate crew positioning, accommodation, and transportation logistics.
- Verify that all required documentation (licenses, medicals, passports, visas) of flight and cabin crew are valid and updated.
- Prepare and circulate daily flight operation reports and crew schedules.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with DGCA, IATA, ICAO, and company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date aircraft and operational manuals and ensure dissemination of regulatory updates to concerned teams.
- Support the process of obtaining overflight, landing, and diplomatic clearances.
- Assist in audits (internal and external) by maintaining accurate flight and operations records.
