  • We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Credit Card Fraud Investigation to join our risk and compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and investigating suspicious credit card transactions, identifying potential fraud, and ensuring timely resolution of customer disputes.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate credit card fraud cases, chargebacks, and disputed transactions.

  • Identify and raise red flags in case of unusual or suspicious activity.

  • Analyze transaction patterns to detect potential fraud risks.

  • Collaborate with banks, merchants, and customers to resolve disputes effectively.

  • Prepare chargeback requests and follow up with merchants for resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with card network rules, fraud policies, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Document findings and maintain detailed case records for future audits.

  • Contribute to fraud prevention strategies by recommending process improvements.
