Job Description

• Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows to enhance customer experience.

  • Integrate Lex chatbots and AWS Lambda functions for intelligent and automated interactions.

  • Develop and deploy REST/SOAP APIs and microservices using Java, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.

  • Manage and optimize relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, DB2, or RDS.

  • Implement backend solutions using frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Maven.

  • Work within the AWS ecosystem, leveraging services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers using React.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver full-stack solutions.

  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across all applications.

  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and deployment planning.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless system operations.

  • Continuously explore new tools and AWS services to improve architecture and delivery efficiency
