Job Description

• 1. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, Kafka, SQL, and RESTful web services.
  2. Should work in the Agile Development Methodology.
  3. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
  4. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimizing application performance as needed.
  6. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and assisting with their professional growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
  8. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and features.
