Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to strengthen team capabilities.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java (8+)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Experience with Microservices architecture
Familiarity with REST APIs, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and version control systems (Git)
