  • We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Architect to join our team in Chennai.
  • The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in Java development with at least 1 year in a technical lead role. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Java developers and delivering high-quality software solutions while maintaining best coding practices.
  1. Proven experience managing the development of large-scale enterprise applications.
  2. Ability to lead and inspire a development team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  4. Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices and related backend technologies.
  5. Good knowledge in end to end full stack development and knowledge in the microservice architecture.
  6. Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular.
  7. Solid experience with SQL databases, including query optimization and schema design.
  8. Knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
  9. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
  10. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  11. Knowledge of CRM-specific workflows and requirements.
